At Houses4Let we want to work as transparent as possible. You can also see that in our packages. There are many facets to renting out a property and we can imagine that you do not have the time and knowledge for everything, but may want to carry out some aspects yourself.

3 rental packages, of which 2 with management

We offer 3 packages, these are all incremental, so each subsequent package also includes the services of the previous package. The packages are:
1. BASIS
(rental)
In this rental package we provide the following services:

  • Professional recording of the accommodation
  • If desired, placing a V-board on your window
  • Advice on rentals in general and market conditions
  • Measuring the accommodation and advising on the rental price
  • Advertisement layout in both Dutch and English
  • Presentation on the website of Houses4Let
  • Presentation on more than 30 national and international rental websites
  • Offering your property to expats, multinationals and relocation agencies, among others
  • Continuous reporting on the progress of the rental
  • Requesting documents and screening potential candidates
  • Drawing up and recording the rental agreement
  • Collecting the deposit and first month's rent
  • Doing an initial inspection and handing over the keys
2. PLUS
(supplemented by Financial management)
In this management package, we offer you all the services of the BASIC package, complemented by the following management package:

  • Creation and maintenance of the rental administration
  • Monthly invoicing and collection of rental charges
  • Submitting rental invoices
  • Carrying out annual rent indexation
  • Managing the deposit
  • Take timely measures to prevent the use of the deposit
3. COMPLETE
(supplemented by technical management)
This management package includes all services of both the BASIC and PLUS packages, complemented by a technical management package. This includes the following services:

  • Handling of reports by tenants of technical defects
  • Reporting special events to the landlord
  • Providing maintenance and repair orders on behalf of the lessor
  • Supervising and checking maintenance work
  • The archiving of relevant documents relating to all the aforementioned activities
  • Inspecting the property in case of rental changes

CUSTOMIZATION is also an option
