How does it work?

We are happy to explain you how the search for a suitable home for your employees works

The process consists of:

• Intake interview with the expat
• Search for housing
• Schedule the viewings 
• Guiding viewings and attending/making a video
• We are your personal relocation manager
• Contract management
• Inspection of the property / handover of the keys 
• Arranging G/W/E and internet/tv connection
  

Together with a Houses4Let employee, we chart your employees housing wishes and check if this is achievable. Based on the housing requirements, we will look for suitable homes within our extensive network.

We are looking for at least 4-6 properties. Your employee will check the properties online and decide which one he or she prefer to view. We schedule the viewings and visit them with your employee or do the video viewing. After all, we have a lot of experience and can advise them on all aspects.

If we have found a suitable home for the expat, we will discuss this with the landlord or real estate agent. We can negotiate the price of the rent if necessary, discuss the starting date of the contract and the length of the rental period, what type of rental agreement, furnished or unfurnished property etc. If everything is agreed, we check the rental agreement, we assist the expat during the check-in / handover keys and check everything during the inspection. If necessary, we can also arrange the utilities GWE (gas, water and electricity) and/or internet/tv connection. After all we can always help with other relocation services.
